People complain that there is cheaper options out there if you choose the purchase the ingredients yourself and basically make the pills yourself. Im sorry but thats just stupid. Giving a negative review based on this is ridiculous. If it works, it works and thats what is important.

I have been waiting for this to arrive at my doorstep! Pretty much stalked the mailman!!! Looking through this tonight, I am as excited as a kid at Christmas time flipping through a toy catalogue! Can't wait to make the grilled cheese w/ havarti, Brussels sprouts & apple and the slow cooker chicken tikka masala. The salad pizza looks delish! Pretty excited for the whole book! The first time I used this cream I thought it felt amazing! It's smooth and creamy, but not too thick. I definitely recommend it for all skin types. It won't clog your pores and there aren't any harsh ingredients in it like some acne products. There are several essential oils like ylang ylang, sandalwood, rosewood, orange peel, lavender and more. Honestly, all of these scents mixed together may not be for everyone. As someone with experience with essential oils, I do like the scent. It is very subtle, however, so you may not notice it much. Personally, I'd prefer a scented cream that I didn't absolutely love the smell of, rather than those unscented creams that tend to smell stale (as long as it's a natural smell like this one). This is my favorite type of jar, with a pump on top and the ability to unscrew it as well. You're able to get out a small about for everyday use and still get out the remainder of cream when you're almost out. The scars will take time to fade away, but after analyzing the ingredients (I am an esthetician) I'm extremely positive about the long term results. In the short term, however, you will see a difference. After the first few applications, your face will look and feel smoother. Minor existing acne will become noticeably decreased. However, it isn't strong enough to fight cystic acne, nor is it intended to do so. Make sure to cleanse properly before application to ensure proper penetration of the product. Exfoliation 1-2 per week is recommended for most skin types, especially those suffering for acne or hyperpigmentation.

Terrific product that is easy to use and not too salty. I love adding it to sauces, soups and stews. Difficult to find locally and cheaper here at Amazon. I bought an entire box and never looked back. It tastes very mushroom-y.
