Excellent ingredients, and I am very picky. No fragrance either so I can smell just my sweet baby. Gets rid of any redness in an hour or so. My babies have never had any real rash to speak of, and I credit it to the Lord leading me to Triple Paste. I do wish it was cheaper, but you're paying for a quality cream with no cheap "filler" ingredients. This is 100% good stuff!
