The meals are easy to fix and this program is easy to start, easy to maintain, easy to understand -- it's easy! Most importantly, it's effective. I can understand it, I am full, I haven't been sweating bullets waiting for the next time to have a snack or meal. I'll repeat, I'm full. In the past that was a huge problem for me along with understanding the philosophy behind one program or another. I also very much appreciate the detail put into recommending a variety of products broken down into helpful categories that I can purchase with confidence knowing they will not undermine my effort. These "brands" don't have to be purchased; they are simply a helpful tool. When I didn't find the particular English muffin recommended I paid attention to the name of the product then read the labels of what was available to me to find the one with the most grains and fewest carbs and sugars. I do recommend his list of brands if possible because of the next example -- Jorge recommended Almond Breeze Almond Milk. I found Silk Almond Milk and assumed because it was a top brand it would be fine at 8 carbs per serving. I ran into the Almond Breeze product on the health-food isle and learned this brand had 0 carbs per serving. He's done extensive homework and laid it all out so why reinvent the wheel? I will say virtually everything was in my local store because this program is based around the best choices from everyday products but, as I said, his very broad variety of suggested brands is simply an extremely helpful tool. I believe finding this program has saved my life. I was on a downward spiral. Suddenly everything seemed too hard, I hurt too much, I was just too tired, I couldn't focus without a battle. For someone who is creative, enjoys volunteering, is on the board of an art league and a quilt guild, and really enjoys being around other people this was a death nell. Quitting everything by next year and hunkering down at home was a very real, and awful option. Now I am lighter, brighter, and renewed and would recommend this program to everyone. I only use organic stuff on my little one so I've tried a lot of different products the last 2 1/2 years.

So far I have been testing this product for a few days it works well and I like it,it seems to decrease my under eye puffiness for sure however I still think I need more time with it to give a full review so for now I will leave this and update this review in a few weeks! I feel like the last couple years of my 3 kids taking these, they haven't been sick as often or if they get sick, it doesn't last as long. Worth taking them!

I bought the medium shade. I apply to under-eye and around my nose area after primer and pat in w/ damp or dry beauty blender/RT Miracle sponge. Then apply foundation and concealer + powder over the paste. Is tacky, but that's why I love it! Doesn't dry out my under-eyes even after applying powder. I sometimes just apply this and no foundation if I am going out and don't want to wear too much makeup. Works very well at covering.
