These vitamins do work! I've been taking them for about 5 months and have steady growth. I am an extremely slow grower....not the average of .5" but more like .25" a month. Since taking these I've have been getting a 1/2" a month, non stop. But I saw some youtube videos on this new vitamin called Manetabolism and was up in the air about trying them, but so many people have sworn by them. So I ordered them from a seller on ebay. I've been taking them for over 2 weeks and cannot continue any longer with usage. I've noticed when I take them 2 a day I get headaches. So I decided to space them out, one in the am and the second one at night. Still to my dismay I am getting the headaches. I usually never get headaches so I know it's these vitamins. About a day ago I decided not to take the Manetabolism and took the Applied Nutrition Longer, Stronger hair and nails vitamins without getting a headache. This morning I tried the Manetabolism again just to see. And low and behold I have a headache again. I will have to stick with the Applied Nutrition brand because I never had any side affects with them. I also became sick taking the Hairfinity capsules.

I use these programs every year. The download was easy and quick. No problems at all. I recommend it to anyone who prefers not to pay someone for something you can do yourself.

Wonderful product. I use it on ky natural kinky afro hair as well as my silky weave (brazilian hair takes this oil extremely well). I would say on my peruvian hair it doesnt take that well and it kinda weighs it down. Other than that this product is great and it keeps hair fron getting tangled

First of all I bought this because of the reviews I read on here, and that it was exactly like wen. Well, I have never used Wen, but it seems like this would be like it by the descriptions I have read about Wen and seen on commercials. Either way, I love this stuff!!! I have dry, colored hair, and once I get it passed a certain point of length, no matter what it always seems like it becomes very damaged and just nasty looking at the ends, plus it gets very frizzy from breakage. I dont think this is a miracle worker product, and I do still have some frizz/fly away hairs, but after using the product my hair was definitely softer and shinier. I was worried it would start getting greasy looking, or feeling filmy after a few "washes", but nothing of the sort so far and I have been using it for about 3-4 weeks now, which I have actually only had to wash my hair 3 times. It does require a lot of product to wash my hair, but I am washing it way less, so it evens out. I have also started using this on both of my daughter's hair, they both have fine hair, unlike me, and not colored/damaged (they are 2 and 4), and the product does not make their hair greasy either, but much softer, and zero tangles after bath time which is heaven sent!

I actually used this on myself once. My husband and I were out painting our deck, getting bitten to death by whatever bugs were out there. We didn't have any bug spray for us, and so, in desperation, I sprayed us both with this, and not another bite. The next day, I sprayed us before painting, and not a bite.

Holy cow is this brand good!!!!! I was taking LEF brand, since that is what I had on hand already and that one did make a difference, but this Jarrow formula is SO much more potent for me (hubby also) We notice our energy level going up, up, up within 15 minutes of taking it and the feeling lasts and lasts. For those seemingly complaining it takes too long to dissolve, THAT is the whole point. The longer the better, shoot for an hour or more if possible! I put it between the cheek and gum, as it lasts longer than under my tongue. For those that are not noticing any increased energy or just a feeling of better well being, maybe other things like your base vitamins / nutrition are not in order, or possibly you don't need. If you need this variety of b12, my feeling is that you will see some difference. This is by FAR the best b 12 we have ever used. There were 2 other brands we tried that did basically nothing for us, names escape me right now.

The colonoscopy prep I received from my doctor wasn't working, so I ate a hand full of these little chewy messengers of death.
