Alex & Taylor - Bent plates

This comes with several packages of plates, two of these packages were bent and not useable. To be fair I did not contact anyone for a refund or return.

Its predecessor was much cheaper and much better. This program is basically a sneak preview of the professional version ( which is many, many times the price of this software) but with most of the functions disabled! Most of the time you have little control over the program. You cannot even stop it from rebuilding walls for you and are constantly bombarded with plan check errors (which I could not disable). You cannot even build wall without it overriding you whilst not allowing you to correct the error. Customer support is a joke!!! So if you want to fork out a fortune just to understand why you should have bought the professional software then go ahead, but in my opinion you are basically paying this company for them to advertise their professional software! Probably the most limited software package of this type that I have ever purchased!

Craig Boyce - terrible update

There is nothing worthwhile in Quicken 2013. Nearly every "feature" has a bug and I've spent months now trying to get this forced "upgrade" to work correctly so I can continue to directly download banking transactions, and even that has failed me miserably. Investment transaction accuracy - forget it - Quicken creates "placeholders" for stocks I don't even own any longer, wanting to create a BUY and SELL for the same number of shares. Mortgage loan accounts for rental properties - nope - interest for all mortgages is lumped together, so you cannot accurately track interest deductions for rental property (Schedule E) separately from personal mortgages (so that means importing to tax software isn't going to create the proper schedules). Split transfers - haha, don't even attempt it - you'll get double postings on both sides. Budgeting is now worthless - gone is the time-proven category/monthly detail two-pane view so you can customize non-monthly allowances and so is the auto-budget from scheduled transactions. Support? HAHAHAHAHA. What a joke - scripted answers and no technical expertise whatsoever, and only marginal understanding of how the software even works (I had to explain how to navigate into the mortgage loan detail!) I'd like to know how Intuit is spending all the revenue from the forced every three year updates - it certainly isn't going into any software QC!

chipman - Not worth the money

I could have gotten this much in the pamphlets social security sends out, ( Guide to social security 2015) and they are free.

Timothy Meehan - Great tablet for the money

Great tablet for the money. Only problem is I cannot get Oovoo video chat to work with it. But Skype works perfectly. I purchased this for my wife to use while recovering for surgery. She prefers her laptop, but is great for using in the Hospital.

It works as advertised....only suggestion I would make is that for storage or when not in use, a safety guard should be designed for it
