    I really do feel like I have a kick of energy after using these. They are flavorless so you can stir them in to any drink - I usually use a bottle of water. They are very easy to use - there is a sticker that you peel off to expose the tiny openings where the product comes out. I found it very easy to use with a bottle of water, but you may want to start with a glass so to cut down on the chance to make a mess. I give this 5/5 stars since it was flavorless, easy to use, and convinient to take along with you. Also, I did get a kick of energy
