  • God'schild - Very good product for a great price!

I'm ordering them through the subscribe & save item at amazon for $15.94 no shipping cost, you can't beat this price anywhere and I get them on time every month. These are simply a very good vitamins for our teenagers. My son 13 yrs old started to take them months ago and I only give him two tablets per day. It has helped him with energy and concentration at school, he has improved tremendously his grades to As and Bs from Cs and Ds, his early signs of acne disappear after taking regularly these vitamins. It doesn't upset his stomach and yes at the beginning he had some trouble swelling them, but now he takes them with a big glass of chocolate milk and has no problem now. I will totally recommend this product! :)

  • Cheryl - Beautiful, simple and durable

I get compliments on this pattern all the time. The green is like a sage, and it is a gorgeous, classy, simple pattern. For variety, I mix it with the serving pieces from the Colorwave Cream pattern. It is versatile stonewear- it goes in the oven, fridge and freezer. I have been using it for over two years and I have never chipped or cracked any pieces. I do not get any marks on them from flatwear, as others mentioned they have. I would buy this pattern again. My friend has the Colorwave Blue, which is how I got turned on to the pattern. She loves it too.

  • Eazy Chat - Best Shea Butter!

Buena Skin Shea Butter is devine! There's no better word to describe it. It's smooth and creamy and melts into my skin and I love the feel. Buena Skin claims to be 100% Natural, Organic, Cold-Pressed, Raw Unrefined Virgin Premium Grade and I believe it. I have used other shea butters and none haven been as nice as this one, this is definately premium quality. I'm a soap maker and I put shea butter into almost every bar of soap I make but I won't be putting this one in any of my soaps. No way! I'll keep this very special jar of butter right on my night stand and rub it into my dry feet and elbows each night before bed. Buena Skin Shea Butter comes in a jar with a screw top lid, not in a bag like most others or a cheap plastic deli type container that cracks the first tine you open it. This premium butter comes in a jar with a screw top lid and will look good setting out on yourban vanity. The butter is ivory in color and has a very light scent And its not grainy. If you get a shea butter that is grainy or gritty there's a simple fix. There's nothing wrong with your butter, it just means at one point the butter melted and resolidified at a slow rate. So to fix it you simply melt down the butter in a double boiler until it reaches a liquid state, then cool it off very quickly by putting it in the freezer. In 30 to 60 minutes your butter will be solid and will have a creamy texture. I have always loved the smell of Shea butter and have found that the strength of the scent varies from brand to brand. What I don't like is the greasy feeling most shea butters can leave on your skin. This one does not feel greasy at all. I am sold on this brand and for my own personal use I will use Buena Skin. Inferior brands will go into the soap. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

  • Jonathan Seda - Almost perfect for distance runners

I've run thousands of miles in my lifetime but a meniscus tear several years ago effectively put an end to my dreams on running into old age. I've also cycled for cross training, rolling over countless miles but I've always preferred to run. While doing physical therapy recovering from knee surgery, I was put on an elliptical and I remember thinking how very much like running is was. I looked forward to those therapy sessions, just to get on that elliptical. So, tiring of cycling as my lone form of aerobic exercise, I recently decided to get an elliptical trainer. I did extensive research and decided on the Sole E55 Elliptical Trainer (2009 Model). I've had it for three weeks. It's wonderfully solid and it's a smooth machine! However, my single complaint is that when standing on the elliptical, one's weight is thrown forward. If the elliptical was designed with runners in mind then the assumption was that runners run on the balls of their feet. This is true for sprinters but not for distance runners, who pretty much universally, run heel-to-toe (we strike the ground with our heels then roll forward pushing off with the front of the foot). I'm up to one hour workouts but the frustrating thing is that I can't lean back in my stride for that comfortable long run. Every time I try to lean back I'm forced forward and my quads are required to do work I never needed on those 8 mile runs I so loved to take. The odd thing is that the pedals are adjustable. The heel can be raised by 10 degrees so, while they were at it, why didn't they allow those of us who would prefer it, to be able to lower the back of the pedal so as to adjust it to our running style? I'm quite mystified by this and I'm hoping the good folk at Sole read these reviews and will take the opinion of this old runner to heart and make future models with a greater adjustment range for their pedals ... please?
