    Just came back from a cruise weighing 156 pounds and saw the PBS program on the book . Got the book and been using it for the last four weeks or so. I have lost 16lbs by loosely following the meal plans and doing a T25 exercise program for only about 4 out of 6 days. I have not been following the book 100% of the time , about 70%. I have never felt hungry, in fact when it comes to lunch time I'm usually struggling to finish lunch.

    I really love the Idealboost drink mix, it helps keep me from getting hungry in between meals and gives me a little energy boost without any shaky feelings. It has a very light citrus taste. You can cut back on the amount of water you mix in to make the flavor a little stronger. Very easy to take on the go, for those busy afternoons when you need a little pick me up!

    At 110 pages, this GRE test prep book is shorter than other guides, but it is quite concise and well-organized. The book goes over each section of the GRE, and also includes some seriously helpful tips to get you through the day of testing. The first section offers really insightful ways that the tests are designed, so that you can outsmart the test when you are uncertain of answers. The practice questions were very helpful for giving you a chance to see how the real test will be written. They also have explanations of the answers so you can really get an in depth understanding of the GRE. The reading level was appropriate for that level of test. The format was easy to follow, and the guide flows seamlessly. I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

  • Amadeus - worst soccer game ever!!

    I have been a fifa fan since the 2010 world cup game; which was amazing. So i bought the fifa 14 this year and also tried the 2014 world cup. The players in this game are extremely sluggish, passes are laggy, and graphics are pretty much the same compare to 4 years ago. Although FIFA 14 was widely complained because of its poor gameplay, EA has never cared about the opinions from its fans and decided to use the same mechanics in the 2014 WORLD CUP. Now it is the time for EA to pay it back for being so reckless. I would say that EA showed no respect to its fans for releasing this trash. Sorry EA, but i will not buy another FIFA game new in the next two years!!
