I really enjoyed using this product. The main thing for me regarding BCAA supplements is the taste. Many BCAA's products tend to be relatively the same other than the flavoring system. The Fruit Punch flavor of this product tastes good. I would not say it is out of this world, but it was very nice to drink during my workouts or even throughout my days. The thing that stood out to me with this BCAA supplement was the added Betaine, Taurine, Tart Cherry, and coconut water. Tart cherry is known to help reduce muscle soreness. I have to honestly say I noticed my workouts seemed to be better with respect to a decrease in muscle soreness during and after my workouts. The added coconut water was another beneficial part of this supplement. Being hydrated during a workout has its benefits as well. All in all, I would recommend this supplement due to the added beneficial ingredients as well as a good taste.

The mattress causes shoulder pain and numb arms and stress on knees. I feel like this happens because I might not weigh enough to compress the bed, I weigh 130 lbs. at 5'5" (which is not that light really). But there is still not much give around my body and the bed actually feels hard. My back gets a almost enough support, but there could be more give to allow for support in the small of my back. The "egg test" is accurate in that you need a lot of weight for purple to cradle your arms and legs, without the extra weight you are just lying on top of a flatter, non-conforming bed that hurts the under side of my knees.

This book was perfect for that. It gives great definitions of the basic, analysis of investing masters, starter strategies and stock and company analysis mechanisms. While reading the book and now that I've completed it I gained steady confidence in the stock market as an investment and my comfort with being involved. I would recommend this book to anyone that watches the market from a distance or dabbles in stock investing that wants to truly get started and feel confident they have a solid plan.
