It appeared to save documents. It appeared to do huge backups - 8Gigs+. But when I tried to export to PDF, I get an error message. After six months of denial, customer service looked at the error log and confirmed that my documents are gone forever - and the paper copies have been discarded.

I have a herniated L5-S1 and nerve root irritation (very painful) which surgery failed to correct. I have episodes of extreme pain where almost nothing helps to alleviate the pain. Penetrex is a good name for the product because you can actually feel it penetrate deep into the skin, soothing and calming nerve irritation. Compared to something like Icy Hot this is much more effective. It's expensive for the amount you receive though and I don't think it will help too much with severe pain. But for 6/10 pain episodes or chronic pain it does give some relief.

If you have even the slightest doubt that you might need to return this product DO NOT buy it on Amazon. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the on-line product I decided to return it. I had not even downloaded/used the code yet. Amazon washed their hands of the refund because it is an Intuit (Quickbooks) product. They send you to the joke that is the customer service at Intuit to deal with your refund. Intuit will not refund your credit card because Amazon is the one that charged it. They immediately canceled the activation code for the software that I purchased so I have no software but they have my money. I am three months out now with battling them countless phone calls with clueless employees. The "check was in the mail" and it never arrived. After waiting their 4-6 weeks for the check and it not arriving it took me three weeks of badgering them every other day, having promises that they are going to "call me back in 24-48 hours" that they are "elevating this to a supervisor" to find out they never processed the refund in the first place! I am totally disgusted. I am disputing this with my credit card company now. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and do not buy your product here if you have even the slightest possibility you might want to return it. It is a joke that Amazon can sell these products but then takes no responsibility for the charges.

I really like this stuff for 2 reasons: 1. It kills the fleas quickly upon contact. One spray and a few seconds later, the flea is no more. Even if it manages to hop away, rest assure it won't make it long with that stuff on it. 2. It helps repel and heal the flea bites on your pet ad YOU! I got eaten alive by fleas, they were brutal. But now, I spray this stuff on my feet and there is a noticeable difference in the healing process, even on red spots that have long since healed. Also, you can use this as a shampoo for your pet, it lathers up and it will kill fleas more quickly than regular old dawn liquid soap.

This book is honest, thorough, and practical in its presentation of data from research. Some may argue about how precise it is, statistically. The author is trying to impart anecdotal and empirical support for leadership successes, not prove that they are statistically and mathematically perfect. The book is loaded with good information for all who are interested in leadership to follow. Additional information and knowledge that I, as a consultant, would recommend reading in order to attain a complete understanding of leadership (outside the scope of "Good to Great"), is a simply written book I recommend to my clients called, "West Point", by Norman Thomas Remick. I give some clients a copy of James C. Collins' "Good to Great" and clients in other fields different ones. To all, however, I recommend getting that book on the basic philosophical principles that underpin leadership in order to fully understand leadership, and effectively be a good leader.

This is a pretty solid bike for the price. At 6' 00" with 32.5" inseam, this bike is the right size. However, if you are shorter than 5' 11", you may want to consider the medium size (even though Diamondback size chart says 5' 10" is ok) as this bike runs a bit large. It DOES NOT include the assembly tools (confirmed!!). Assembly was pretty easy, but you can't go by the absolutely useless instruction book (look to their website for guidance instead). Most of the bike was already assembled. After 1 hour basic assembly, I had brake noise on rear brake/rotor and noise from chain rubbing against the front derailleur. Knowing absolutely nothing about bikes, it took several youtube videos and another 3 hour to fine tune it. This included adjusting rear brake pad position, rear brake cable tension, and bending the rear rotor just a bit. On the front derailleur, I adjusted tension as well as the high and low limit on front derailleur. They seemed pretty difficult at first, but once you get through it, it will be much easier if you need to do it again. I then made sure that everything was tight and secure, in case someone at the factory was incompetent. Now it shifts very quickly, smoothly and quietly. The brakes stop effectively with no noise at all.
