Bought this thing locally when my upright vacuum broke down and had to be in the shop. I have a golden retriever with a typical coat -- long hair, sheds like crazy summer and winter, and I thought Roomba might get me through the repair period. I was wrong. Roomba 770 is virtually useless picking up the dog's hair on carpet, somewhat better on hard surfaces (wood or tile). It doesn't pick up the dog hair, it rearranges it. You can tell that it has been over an area because there are brush tracks on the carpet and all the hair is brushed so that it's going in the same direction. The receptacle is also way too small to keep up with the volume of hair, even if it did pick it up (shame on me for not noticing that). The thing also gets stuck every single day, usually under my couch. All that said, it does two things I like and that's why I keep it. It sweeps under the bed and, even if it doesn't get the dog hair, it sucks up some dirt every single use. But DON'T buy this to keep up with a long-haired dog!
I applied this to my patio table in May, and followed the instructions exactly. No matter how carefully you apply it, tiny stripes show between brush strokes. I thought I could live with that. But over the summer, in spite of the fact that there was an umbrella over this table to shield it from direct sunlight, the heat caused this stuff to get spotty and uneven, eventually peeling in places. This product sounded too good to be true, and for me it was.
I've used this mouse pad for over 10 years and have been babying it, trying to make it last a little longer because I thought they weren't made anymore. Then I happened to discover these on Amazon! Ergonomically, this is the best mouse pad I've ever used, either with a mouse or track pad. I'm happy to have found this item on Amazon.
The set is very nice,I gave it as a gift, with proper care it should last a long time and did not break the bank.I did not give it the 5 stars for this reason and I believe a very important one. Many of the reviewers mentioned that the handles loosen up over time and have to be tightened, especially on the bigger pots, this is true.Unfortunately the manufacturer does not use a phillips head bolts nor a slotted head bolt to attach the handles, but rather a tamper proof star fastening type bolt, in its place. You need that special bit to tighten the handles on the set that I bought. The company must know that the handles do loosen,so why not make it easy for the customer to do the tightening with a standard screwdriver, and get that pan back in action again,on the stove.I backed out one bolt on the Dutch oven pot that loosened and put some Locktite blue 242 on the bolt threads where they meet the metal of the pot,so maybe the handle will stay tight longer,I hope, time will tell and it's back in action and full speed ahead on great tasting meals !!!
