  • Casey Scott - The perfect combination of workouts

    I have been a fan of the Zumba XBox workouts for the past couple of years, but needed more intensity in my workout. I decided to try this based upon the reviews, and I love it! The game-based series like jump rope and block punching/kicking are fun and provide excellent cardio. The workout-based series provide a great variety, are easy to follow and very effective. I felt sore for the first time in a year after doing the bootcamp workout. The dance-based series is also easy to follow. I like how easy it is to customize my workout and do something different every day. I also enjoy tracking my progress.

    This is a beautiful book! It's gorgerous on the inside with a page of stickers you can use to decorate your agendas, 2 folder pockets, an introduction page, a place to write your "dates to celebrate" "party planning notes," and a section in the back of the book to write notes (about 15 pages double-sided (30 pages total)). EACH month is decorated differently with a theme and each page is decorated differently as well. And it comes with a band to keep your agenda closed so nothing comes flying out.

    I would give it a 4.5 but this computer does come pre-installed with a lot of bloat wear. Meaning software and program companies pay bit brand computer computer big dollars for computers to be sold pre-installed with there software. Many computer companies are doing this these days. The bad thing is this bloat where is exactly as it sounds it makes your computer run slow as hell sometimes to the point of freezing. Removing the bloat where is a good option and improves the computer greatly. Only thing is some of the bloat wear on the computer is asus bloat wear and removing the wrong thing could make the computer crash or become worse. Its best if you know how to properly unistall programs or get someone who does. This being said with the effort or removing bloat wear and now with doing computer updates. Its losing a star and a half because of the work to get it to be a good working and fun functioning computer. I give this computer a 4.5 star because with updates and bloat wear removal it works really good.

    It's what I needed,but some of the teeth have already broken off,and I don't have thick or kinky hair
