It's QuickBooks. What can you say. I needed it for my small business and downloading it was half as expensive as buying the physical version or getting it directly from Intuit. I'm by no means a Quickbooks expert, but it tracks everything I need to track for my business and my accountant likes the data I send him. Downloading and installing was easy.
My husband has gifted me one of these beautiful snowflakes for every Christmas we have been with each other. So, the collection is very special to me. When I read the less than enthusiastic responses to this one, I thought, "Well, each one has been different and beautiful, so I'm sure this will be the same!" Except, it's not. At all. It's flat and unexciting. There is very little to recommend it. Which is a shame considering this is the 25th year the company has released one of these. Wouldn't you think it would be extravagant? I'll put it on my tree and add it to the previous years, but I hope Swarovski reads these reviews and next year, we won't be disappointed in the annual snowflake.
I know some people say this may or may not work well. But for me it worked really well, I let the lotion sit on my skin for 10 minutes and found that to be a good time. Removes hair smoothly and painlessly. The smell of it is ok, but then again I just wash myself after I use it, just because. But overall great product but the tube runs out quicker than you think, so if you really want to be using this product a lot, I would suggest two or three bottles.
Had some bad jock itch. I used this stuff a couple of times a day with some good anti-fungal cream and it cleared up in a week or so. I was very happy. I continue to use it several times a week just to make sure it never comes back.
I bought this unit to supplement a little 1000-watt Proctor Silex model I got for a few bucks at Big Lots years back. I wanted to boil down some maple sap, and the Proctor was almost but not quite bringing it to a boil (it was about 25 degrees outside). So, I bought this one, thinking from the 500 extra watts and reviews about quick boil, it would work better. (Boiling point of sap is just 7 degrees above the boiling point of water.) Fast forward to a 67-degree day, I turned them on at the same time, intending to use the Proctor as the warmer burner, and was surprised to find the Proctor heated up MUCH faster. Then, throughout the day, once in a while I'd get a boil out of them if I left the lid on (which you can't do if you want to boil something down...)...but could also get a tiny boil out of the Proctor without the lids! The Chefman here didn't ever do that. So, lesson learned. More power + more $$ doesn't always equal more performance.
