It is meant to AID you in weight loss, and that's definitely what it does. In 4 months I lost 20 pounds, with strength training, endurance training, etc. I prefer the mix to drink, haven't tried the capsules. Idk about everyone else, but when I start on it I have mild jitters but I'm not used to the caffeine. After a few doses, maybe a week, I'm fine and have lots of energy to kick ass in the gym ☺💪
Look at Illuminae, the first book in the series. it's fantastic. the story, presentation, characters, twists and ending are all top notch, 5 stars. Gemina however, does all this AGAIN, with a nearly entirely new cast, and throws in the biggest mind███ I've ever seen around the last third. Seriously, if there was an option to give six stars, I'd give it. Never stop writing you magnificent █████s.

Being a fan of Victor Gischler's other novels, I was pumped to check out Ink Mage. He has tackled post-apocalyptic near futures (Go-Go Girls of the Apocalypse), a modern day westerns (The Deputy), hard-boiled crime (Gun Monkeys [best book ever!]), and several other genres, all with epic success. Ink Mage is no exception. Gischler brings his trademark pace, action and sharp dialogue to the fantasy genre, and it's better for it. If you love his other books, or want to read a epic new take on fantasy, this book is for you.
So far,good. Have been using it for almost a month and have noticed a difference.Made my skin much smoother.
