This book is truly an incredible resource. I'm usually involved in designing and managing exchange projects and migrations, and in those projects you need to have clear ideas and take lots of things into account, lest you find yourself in a dead alley in the middle of the project. Being a Microsoft Certified Trainer, I'm also involved in training in Exchange.

I am a beginning golfer so I didn't want anything fancy. I like the "backpack" style straps. There are lots of deep pockets to hold everything. I just hate the color pink, but that was the only bag I could find in this price range

This actually helped! Wish I'd known about it ten years ago. After I had my first baby, I had a couple days per cycle when I basically couldn't leave the house. Usually those days coincided with major all-day events I had to take my kids to, or the first day of a new job, etc. The only advice doctors had was to go on the pill, but after age 30 I wasn't comfortable with that due to some family medical history. So the Slow Flow makes those days much more manageable and has given me more of my life back. I take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day on the two or three heaviest days.
