  • Barb Massabrook - A fabulous blend of factual Scottish history and a heartwarming fictional romance your Jacobite heart won't want to miss!

I have loved so many by this author, Amy Jarecki novels but I think this one is my favorite yet! As this is the first book in a her brand new Highlander Defender series, comes out 3/13/2016 and it is one not to be missed. It blends true factual Scottish history with a fiction romance and adventure, which is my absolutely my favorite kind of read! I think this is Amy Jarecki's best novel yet and if you are like me a Jacobite in your heart, it is one you definitely don't want to miss! A spectacular book that will live you feeling rather satisfied! Definitely one for the keeper and reread shelf, drool worthy, a rare magnificent masterpiece of a read!

  • sharifred - Loved my old one but the new one died quickly

I had an old Finishing Touch for YEARS (I'm guessing 8 or 9 years), and I loved it for removing errant facial hairs and a little bit of eyebrow maintenance. It didn't have a light or pretty colors, but it did the job. It finally died so I didn't hesitate to buy another Finishing Touch product. This one, however, lasted just a couple of months. I have tried numerous batteries just to see if the batteries were the problem, but that's not it. Unfortunately, I no longer have the receipt or the original packaging (why would I keep that for something that only costs about $10 and worked immediately out of the package?), so I can't get a refund. I will be buying a different brand and hoping I'm not wasting more money. I'm seriously bummed because I loved the old product.

  • J. Madsen - Not the bullet proof mother board my ASUS Rampage III was

I have very mixed feelings about this mother board. When it is running it is AWESOME but when it does not boot with full USB recognition of plugged in USB devices it is HOARRABLE. I made my purchase in 3 February 2015. My issue is that about 75% of fresh boots, after powering down for the day, one or more USB devices - the keyboard or mouse or one of my hard drives ore combination of these is not recognized. It is quite random as to which USB device is not recognized, although lately it is usually the keyboard. I have other desktop and laptop computers and have verified that all my USB devices are working as they should and i have also changed USB cables to make sure there is not USB 3.0 cable problems. The only solution is to re-boot, re-boot, re-boot and finally the keyboard or other device is recognized. I cant tell you what a pain this is - I have spent many hours with ASUS tech support on this issue with no effective results. Their only solution is to install the latest BIOS which I have done. My originally purchased mother board had these issues with ASUS tech support finally saying it must be something with the seating of the CPU and asked that I remove the CPU to inspect it - during the process of removing the CPU and inspecting the pins on the mother board I made the mistake of touching the pins with my finger and found that the pins actually have a bend at the top to allow better contact with the intel chip. To my surprise the pins are sharp and stuck to the skin of my finger and when I tried to remove my finger a few of the pins were bent. WARNINING - DO NOT TOUCH THE CPU PINS ON THIS MOTHER BOARD - VERY HIGH LIKLEYHOOD OF PIN DAMAGE. Would have been nice if the ASUS tech would have warned me about this when he asked me to remove the CPU to inspect the pins - Thanks ASUS. I told the ASUS tech what happened and they said "OK, will do an RMA, send in the board and we will evaluate it and replace if necessary." I sent in the board and got an email back that there would be a $180.00 charge to fix the mother board ... REALLY! Thanks ASUS. I paid the $180.00 (now the cost of the board is $469.99 + $180.00 = $649.99). WOW. So I waited with great anticipation for the new board thinking everything would be great because my old ASUS Rampage III extreme was the most rock solid mother board I have ever seen and figured the first Rampage V was just a very EXPENSIVE lemon. Got the board, reinstalled everything, fired it up and continued USB recognition problems...NOOOOOOOOO. Called ASUS tech support and went through the same helps but no more inspecting the CPU pins...closely looked with magnifying glass - NO touching before assembly of the components. Upgraded the BIOS to latest 1401 at the time (I will not update to the 1502 as there are many problems with that one and am waiting to hear about the latest 1601 BIOS to see if there would be benefits from this one).

  • David Freeman - The magic blue pill

There is no magic pill for weight loss, but this definitely comes close. I take this in the morning 20 minutes before my work out, and I am stoked for 12 hours. It does take a day or two to get used to, and you might experience nausea and a wired, "cracked out" feeling in the beginning, but once that passes it's all good. It does wonders for my mood as well. After workouts, I find that I am super motivated to do things, and my focus is dead on. Eat clean and exercise, and you will see results. It may not be for everyone, but since I purchased it, I put five of my buddies up on it, and they love it. Awesome product at a great price on Amazon.

  • M. Jorgensen - Great product - so easy to use

I loved this program and GPS. So easy to use. You don't have to look at a tiny little screen like you do with GPS units built for cars. No you look at a large computer screen where you can see all the things around you as you travel: parks, national monuments, restaurants, motels... But Microsoft pulled another product people have come to depend on. Probably in the name of the highest profit margin they can get. This has happened so many times for me with Microsoft products. Some of them I depended on professionally. I've learned that they will leave you hanging like this in a heartbeat. No more Microsoft for me.

  • Frank - Amazon busted the cable industry.

Amazon busted the HDMI upcharge market with their AmazonBasics line of HDMI cables. For the longest time retailers took advantage of consumers with the infamous upcharged cables. USB cords cost a manufacturer next to nothing, but would sell for twenty dollars--then came HDTVs and HDMI cords. HDMI cords cost a manufacturer less than three dollars to make, but consumers wouldn't be able to buy them for less than $40.00... which was ridiculous.

  • kfn88727 - who also happens to love cooking. She was so surprised and showed it ...

I bought this as a gift for the host of a Harry Potter movie marathon, who also happens to love cooking. She was so surprised and showed it to all the other guests as they arrived. Everyone took turns looking through it and some even mentioned that they would like to buy it for themselves. Overall, a success.
