Le fluconazole, commercialisé sous le nom de Diflucan, est un antifongique appartenant à la classe des triazolés. Son action repose sur l’inhibition de la 14α-déméthylase dépendante du cytochrome P450, empêchant la conversion du lanostérol en ergostérol, composant essentiel de la membrane fongique. Cette inhibition fragilise la membrane et conduit à la mort cellulaire. La biodisponibilité du fluconazole est élevée (90 %), avec une pénétration efficace dans le liquide céphalorachidien, ce qui justifie son utilisation dans les méningites cryptococciques. Sa demi-vie longue permet des administrations espacées. Les données cliniques soulignent son rôle dans la prise en charge des candidoses systémiques, des candidémies et des infections opportunistes chez les sujets immunodéprimés.     Just like I ember as a kid some 50 years ago. More affordable than other popular vapor rubs on the shelf and seems to work better. Mohave used it on my chest for congestion and bottom of the feet for sore muscles...works perfectly

  • CJ Brake - they messed up a good program

    this program is awful,not anything like my printmaster 18, you can't do anything on it, it paste too big, the screen doesnt have guides, i have tried to figure out how to make a tri panel brochure, but just gave up, i need another printmaster 18, my computer messed up and i lost it.. im throwin this in the trash, not even wasting my time sending it back, no one should buy this.. if u ever had printmaster in the past, it is sure to disapoint. promise

    The cans tend to turn when you are spraying with this thing. (This is with the nozzles which are a little wider and longer than just the small round cylandars) I don't think that this would be an uncommon problem though, no matter which brand you had.
