  • Amazon Customer - Great AV but what were they thinking with the SPAM Filter?

    I really wanted to like this product. The AV engine is great, and very low impact with a high degree of protection. But the rest of the sute is sub-par at best.

    2 hours into the upgrade(?) from 2013 I have thrown in the towel and am calling it a day. Installs OK but kicks you in the butt when trying to set up the cloud function. Gives you a password error and will not support the Lost Password request to allow you to move forward. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled 2013 only to find out that my password is now hosed in it too and cannot get support with resetting it. If you're happy with the version you are using, stay with it.
