I recently bought these for my 2006 Toyota Sienna LE. Installation was very easy. They fit perfectly and are nice and secure. They look great! Product arrived in less than a week.
It's okay. Easy enough to install, and it does reduce the noise from the pump. But, it doesn't eliminate the noise. I would guess it reduced the noise by maybe 35% to 40%. I also install some foam pipe insulation on the supply line as far as I could reach which also helped to reduce the vibration between the pipe and some of the RV structure. I would recommend it but know that it only reduces the noise, not eliminate the noise.
Very unhappy about this product. Clearly it was advertised in a similar manner as the other version BUT this one does not include the state software option. But hell, I guess the company has to make money somehow I guess.
I installed this item less than 1 month ago. Since then, I have spent 3+ hours with customer service dealing with bugs. These bugs had to do first with the real-time scanning - namely, it wouldn't stop starting up, even once disabled. They then had to do with the software's attempts to update itself. Even after this bug was "fixed," the software often gets hung up trying to update. Meanwhile, it interferes with various programs, including my gmail, yahoo mail, and outlook. And by "interferes," I mean: renders inoperable.
At first this seemed to work great, but after about a month the bugs reappeared. I resprayed with the product and the bugs disappeared for a couple of weeks. Then I read online that bedbugs can eventually build up a resistance to the main chemical in this spray. So, it basically becomes completely ineffective.
