I wouldn't call this an 'Diet' book, this is an educational book. It teaches how to eat and what to eat, that there are good and bad carbs, and that we NEED carbs!...and protein, and veggies, fruit,...you know...that balanced diet thing that no one gets anymore!! This book will suprise you and alarm you at the same time. The foods you thought were helping you lose weight really aren't, they may even be putting the pounds on...even to the point of threatening your health! It's worth the read and the re-read.
Really good for beginners and gives you options for low impact or if you want to kick it up a notch.
I love this spray!!! I ended up not having bed bugs, but thought I did. Then, after treating my house, my mom got them, so I brought this to her house and treated her place thoroughly. We have not seen any signs of bed bugs since treating the house, which put her mind at ease so much! I would buy this again, but there are no bugs left to kill! It just works so well!
This post does not fit into my 2" receiver. The edges on this post are squared off, whereas most hitch receivers have slightly rounded interior corners. I have no problem getting other accessories into my hitch receiver, even with room to spare.
It has a really nice scent and goes on my face really nicely, however after just a couple of days of using this I started breaking out. I have really sensitive skin to begin with, and it gets very dry in the winter. But I do not break out much anymore and after I used this it was like I was back in the 7th grade again. Again, really liked the scent but this is not for my skin.
I had a crazy weekend of long nights with my honey in vegas and something happened where my ph was totally thrown off. I was humiliated at the thought of passion. I needed help. I am so glad I ordered these pills because though I think the gel is good to use once a month, these pills will keep you at the point where the gel will actually do its job. My parts are feelin' fresher than they have in a long time...even before the vacay with the bf. It is emberrasing to even write and think about. I have used these for nearly a month straight and they are tiny capsules, SO easy to swallow. Had they been larger I would not have been so compliant and may not have gotten through a whole 30 day supply. I ordered another box, and subscribed monthly on Amazon... though I do not want to spend the $$ it saved me an emberassing visit to the doctor.
