Le fluconazole, commercialisé sous le nom de Diflucan, est un antifongique appartenant à la classe des triazolés. Son action repose sur l’inhibition de la 14α-déméthylase dépendante du cytochrome P450, empêchant la conversion du lanostérol en ergostérol, composant essentiel de la membrane fongique. Cette inhibition fragilise la membrane et conduit à la mort cellulaire. La biodisponibilité du fluconazole est élevée (90 %), avec une pénétration efficace dans le liquide céphalorachidien, ce qui justifie son utilisation dans les méningites cryptococciques. Sa demi-vie longue permet des administrations espacées. Les données cliniques soulignent son rôle dans la prise en charge des candidoses systémiques, des candidémies et des infections opportunistes chez les sujets immunodéprimés. Les références thérapeutiques indiquent que diflucan prix est intégré dans de nombreux protocoles, tout en rappelant la surveillance nécessaire des enzymes hépatiques et les interactions avec les substrats du CYP3A4 et du CYP2C9.

Thought I was going to have a heart attack- I'm 37 and healthy and a not a heavy caffeine drinker- this caused me for hours to sweat and have the chills. I felt the need to eat to manage the queasy effect. I would never make it to the recommended 2/3 pills per day - one was too much for me
This is a precious children's book, with the cutest illustrations and simple text! My boys were intrigued at first, almost as if they weren't sure where the story was going. Then after a few pages they got the hang of the same and different theme that is in the book. They would chime in with who was big or who was small on the page. They were so excited to turn each page. It's just so simple and so precious. I genuinely enjoyed reading it to my little ones, using silly voices for each character, a tiny, squeaky voice for the small character and a loud booming voice for the bigger character! Lots of giggles and laughs from my boys because of that! I hope to see more books from this author AND illustrator. It's a keeper, that's for sure!
I love the design. It is a thinner sweater for like a spring jacket. I normally am a medium but because it comes from Asia I knew to order a size bigger. It fits OK. It's a little shorter than I would prefer but it works. I really like it over all.
Purchased June 2008. Stopped working Nov 2009.1 year warrantee. Power failure. Used in the kitchen light usage. Unfortunately the power supply is garbage. Red power standby is lit. When attempt to turn it on green flashes and goes dead. Done with Element products.Out $500. Thanx.
The description for this kit is a bit confusing, there is mention of a bag, comb, hairspray, shampoo, conditioner, and cream however all that was included in mine was the sample/travel sized shampoo, conditioner, and glossing cream. For only those three items the price seems steep.
