    I've purchased this several times because it's so wonderful! It works great to help you get grip. I use it in a pole fitness class and a little goes a long way. You put a tiny drop (liquid) onto your palms and rub it in and it will leave a chalk like grip to your hands. Great product.

    soon after taking this product, I got these bumps on my face that erupted through skin.... I believe the pills were causing clusters of hair to grow under my skin and form cysts.... my face was covered in them including my earlobes!! I had to extract this hard crap out of sore or it wouldn't close up and when it did, it left deep scars and each sore took over 5 months to clean out!! I took this product for over a year and when I stopped taking it, I stopped getting the sores but my face is left with scars all over it that may require plastic surgery to fix....am in process of taking legal action against them!!

    I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this product. The CD's aren't labeled, so you have no idea what is on each CD until you listen to it. I bought this set to listen to in my car, since I spend a lot of time commuting from school and work. The second thing that really disappointed me was that the first CD told me that the review was from 2009 and 2010 NCLEX information from the NCSBN, which for 2015 is not the most current test from Pearson Vue. The ONLY reason I am keeping this set is because this was the only audio set that I could find, and I assume its not useless information. I graduate in 3 weeks, hope to take the NCLEX soon, and don't have time to keep searching for audio material.
