Absolutely great!!! None of the songs disappoint, but Muchacho is my favorite song followed by Over.

Love this product! Even though it has dimethicone which isn't the best for natural hair but the smell is amazing! it doesn't feel greasy nor heavy after use and works perfect on natural 3c hair.

This is a very well laid out book with many practical suggestions and hands on lists. Both the glossary and the index make finding subjects of your interest very easy. And check out the samples of the forms at the back of the book: 46 pages of them! From employee file checklist to Performance Improvement Plan and even the Federal Labor laws by number of employees. A book not to be missed on any manager's shelf.

I did not care for this mop at all for my big kitchen floor. Seemed to light compared to my heavier mop and made the job harder it seemed. The white plastic sleeve at the top of the mop head got in the way several times as well when I was trying to hey under low places. It will do for spot mopping
