I have used this product, downloaded from Amazon for the last several years and I really like it. It is fast, easy, painfree...well, not quite, still have to pay those darn taxes, but it sure makes it easier for me with a rental property. I plan on using it again.

Great resource, I bought this for the reviews I do at work and it has been a huge help, you just have to tailor it for your industry. It's a one size fits all for appraisals but it does truly fits all sizes. Highly recommend this book. If you're in a Management position and perform appraisals, evaluations, reviews for your staff, this book is a must.
