Was pretty skeptical about this (and still am). However, I will say that after a month of using this my sleep got more consistent. I used to wake up at toss and turn a lot until I got this thing. It wasn't like a magic pill to where you fall asleep right away and wake up feeling like superman. I did however feel better when I woke up and stayed asleep longer. I chalked it up to maybe it being the placebo effect, but feel that after a month it seemed pretty legit. I did perform a test and stopped using it for 2 weeks after the first month and found that I tossed and turned more. My sleep dramatically improved when I started taking magnesium before bed and sleeping on this.
This was very helpful for my hand/wrist problems whenever I get onto my labtop and do my daily business. I don't necessary like to use the mousepad on the labtop cause it's a pain and with this mouse mat, I can use an actually mouse to scroll on the screen faster and easier.
These shoes are great! I live in DC and do a lot of walking daily. I end up walking right through the soles of most of my shoes. These seem sturdy and are very comfortable. The sewn in tongue is a little strange, but it works. I will definitely buy this brand again!
I have not put this book to the test yet. My trip is in a few months but I feel as if I will be well informed having this book to reference. There is soooo much information and it is well presented and easy to find. I have so many bookmarks and notes in it! Rick Steve's came highly recommende by my sister in law who travels more than I do. She wasn't kidding...this book is great resource. I plan on taking it with me.
