Sa demi-vie longue permet des administrations espacées.     Overall, satisfied. I'm not sure if my hair grew any faster than it normally wouldn't have, but I can tell a difference:) these photos are a month apart. After a few days of eating the vitamins, I noticed my nails were stronger. But, my face broke out a lot more. So ups and downs. I haven't decided if I'll get these again or try something else. Any recommendations are welcome! :)

    Admittedly, I struggled with some aspects of this book. A translation of the original work (in another language), it has some idiosyncratic punctuation and phrasing that occasionally drove me nuts. I would sincerely like to see a revised publication of this work in alignment with standard English grammar rules, simply because I feel it would make it significantly more user friendly.

    Overall, I really like this planner. The pages seem to be a little bit thicker than regular computer paper, and the designs are beautiful. However, when it arrived, the back cover and the last few months worth of pages had tears in them. This doesn't seem to be a packaging problem as it was packaged flat with nothing for the cover to catch on. It's supremely disappointing that an otherwise fantastic product arrived with such flaws.
