I usually have normal intestinal movement once a day and do not experience any discomfort. I took this product in hope that it will increase my energy level eventually. I quit after day 1 because I started feeling that my stomach stopped working and all the food I ate stayed where it was. I could not go to restroom for another day. It was not a pleasant feeling. I had to eat some fruits like grapes and oranges to at least start some movements. Also, I had to consume extra laxatives to get out of the situation. And, my diet is OK, I do not eat fast food or processed food. I cook from scratch. On the day I started the product, I ate a lot of green salad and couple of eggs. I could not eat anymore since I was clogged up. I drank another 4 bottles of water in addition to the prescribed by the instructions. So, should have worked, but did not.
I'm not sure what to think about this product. I will say one huge downside is that it smells awful. The smell of it when I'm working out actually makes me nauseous. It's hard to say whether it's actually working or not. It seems to make me sweat more, but I've lost 25 pounds and only 1.5 inches off of my stomach. That doesn't seem all that helpful to me. Either way, I probably won't invest in this again.
so I bought this book new and when I got it it was damaged. I paid 90 dollars for a new book that is damaged.
